Deposit and Credit Customers
Non credit customers are required to pay a deposit at the commencement of the hire period, the amount varying depending on the equipment hired. Hire fees and any other charges are deducted from this on return of items hired. Existing credit customers do not need to pay deposits and can also use their existing account for all their hire needs. Should you wish to use our services regularly and would like to open an account, we will gladly furnish you with an account application form. Alternatively customers can pay by cash, cheque or credit card.
Basis of Charging and Payment
Hire charges commence from the time shown on the hire contract and continue until returned to our Hire Centre or when collected by our transport. All days are charged, including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. We charge for TIME OUT, NOT TIME USED.
Long term hire is available at excellent rates. Weekend rates are also available.
Equipment may be provisionally reserved in advance by telephone or in writing with the payment of a small deposit. Every effort will be made to have the equipment ready when you require it.
General
Cleaning charges are applied if equipment is returned dirty.
All equipment hired is subject to the terms and conditions printed on our hire contract. Copies are available on request.
We require positive identification at the time of hire, e.g. company order, cheque credit card, passport or driving licence.
We also offer a fast and efficient delivery service at reasonable rates.
